Project Feature | MRL HQ

Mineral Resources Headquarters
A workplace defined by craftsmanship at scale.
Delivered in partnership with CDI Group, the Mineral Resources Headquarters in Osborne Park represents one of Artek Joinery's most significant workplace projects, combining premium finishes, complex detailing and large-scale coordination across multiple levels. The project required a comprehensive joinery package that would support the day-to-day operations of a modern corporate headquarters while maintaining a refined and consistent architectural language throughout.
Artek manufactured and installed an extensive range of bespoke joinery including feature reception counters, commercial café environments, curved barista stations, AV credenzas, banquette seating, kitchenettes, print stations, locker banks, storage solutions, bathroom vanities, parent facilities and workplace support spaces. Feature timber panelling, integrated lighting elements and custom-built joinery were carefully coordinated to ensure every component aligned with the architectural vision and operational requirements of the workplace. The result is a highly functional environment where craftsmanship, durability and attention to detail are evident at every touchpoint.

Delivered over a five-month programme, Artek Joinery was engaged by CDI Group to complete approximately $400,000 of bespoke joinery works throughout the development. Our scope included feature wall panelling, reception joinery, banquette seating, workplace joinery and custom architectural timber elements, all manufactured and installed to the highest standard of craftsmanship and finish.
Working closely with CDI Group and the wider consultant team, Artek successfully delivered a seamless integration of contemporary joinery within the heritage framework of the building.
